Lamrim Retreat:

Day 1 (Saturday)

Session 1  	 Renunciation:  The wish for permanent freedom (7:00-8:15 am)

Session 2		 Renunciation: Moving to firm ground	             (11:00-12:15 am) 

Session 3 	 Refuge: What can I rely on?		             (3:00-4:15 pm)

Session 4		 Refuge: The blessings of the Three Jewels          (6:00-7:15 pm)

Day 2 (Sunday)

Session 1 	Bodhichitta: For the sake of others  (7:00-8:15 am)

Session 2		Bodhichitta: The supreme good heart (11:00-12:15 am) 

Session 3 	 Emptiness: Ultimate truth	         (3:00- 4:15pm)	

Session 4		 Emptiness:  Everything is possible  (6:00-7:15 pm)

All Sessions will be guided. 

Cost: $5/session and $35 for whole retreat, FP students half-price
